HORI7ON to hold concert in Manila after debut promotions in Korea
The all-Filipino global pop group HORI7ON is holding their first-ever concert Friend-SHIP: Voyage to Manila on September 9, 6PM, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
HORI7ON is composed of members Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Reyster, Winston, Jeromy and Marcus. The septet were declared winners of the ABS-CBN and MLD Entertainment survival reality show Dream Maker hosted by Kim Chiu and Ryan Bang. HORI7ON made their debut in Korea last July with title track “SIX7EEN.” They released the 21-track album, FRIEND-SHIP, which debuted at number 24 on the Circle Album Chart.
“We’re gonna show you how much HORI7ON has improved, ipapakita namin sa inyo ‘yong lahat-lahat na talaga [we’re going to share all that we have],” Marcus shared in a press conference. The members also recalled their challenging training in Korea. “Natatandaan ko when we were training back then, isa ‘yon sa mindset, imagination things, ‘isipin niyo nasa Araneta kayo,’” group leader Vinci told media. “Parang dati isip-isip lang and now it’s finally come true [I remember when we were training back then, it was part of our mindset to imagine that we would be performing at the Araneta. Before it’s only in our thoughts and now it’s finally come true] (CNN Philippines).”
