The Food Market Manila's buffet offers over 40 breakfast dishes to choose from. Breakfast staples include rice, garlic fried rice, champorado, pan de sal, ensaymada, pancakes, and waffles. For something warm and nourishing, they also serve soups like goto, arroz caldo, molo soup and chicken sopas. For a hearty meal, have your choice of mains like beef tapa salpicao, pork tocino, Vigan or garlic longganisa, daing na bangus, chicken sausage, honey-cured bacon, corned beef, pork and chicken adobo, dangit, dried squid, and dilis. There are also desserts like kakanin, leche flan, white fruit salad, buko pandan salad, cream puffs, créme brulee, shooters, and truffle balls up for grabs. For the drinks, there's brewed coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit juices.
