Hyatt Regency Manila’s The Café reopens lunch and dinner buffets

After closing its doors during the pandemic, The Café at Hyatt Regency Manila has reopened its lunch and dinner buffet services to the public.

The Café – with its 345-seating capacity - offers a range of seating options from circular booths to standalone tables and private dining rooms. Dining at the Cafe becomes an even more pleasant experience thanks to its modern, high-ceilinged interiors, which complement the lineup of local and international cuisine specially curated for the buffet spreads.

“Whenever we design a buffet, [we make sure to include] a carving station, seafood and dessert. A must-try is the carbon neutral roast beef and the salmon,” City of Dreams Manila Director of Food & Beverage Operations Chad Ogden stated.

Ogden said The Café’s menu continually evolves as they onboard new chefs. “We’ve enhanced our buffet offerings by infusing sustainable attributes such as the serving of 100% Filipino coffee and sustainably sourced local vegetable and seafood produce,” he added.

Another must-try at The Café is the “croffle,” the restaurant’s version of a croissant and waffle. The croffle can be topped with ice cream, whipped cream, fruits, and syrup. The dessert is exclusively available at The Café. “What also makes our buffet stand out is our competitive price… and we have free-flowing wine and beer,” Ogden shared.

The Café’s buffets are offered at P2,350 net for dinner, P1,250 net for lunch, and P1,150 net for breakfast. The breakfast rate is inclusive of free-flowing coffee and tea. Buffet services runs from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 12 noon to 3 p.m. for lunch, and 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. for dinner.
